The large spacious living room has modern corner sofa with an additional two/three seater sofa and a modest size log burner if you wish to snuggle up in the colder months it also comes with the option to watch TV on a 40″ Smart TV where you can sign into Netflix and Amazon Prime if required (using your own account). It’s been tastefully decorated with exposed oaks beams with a set of French doors leading to the front garden with a real cosy country feel which in itself is beautiful.
A considerable sized galley kitchen dinner, with a large wooden table seating 10, and a breakfast bar with stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances which includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker with hob, microwave and a traditionally required coffee machine.

This modest sized bathroom with tiled walls and floor has a large walk-in shower and large basin with an option of a laundry room for washing if needed at an extra cost, there is a washing line outside to the rear of the property and the use of an indoor airer if needed.

All bedrooms have been decorated to a high contemporary standard and are filled with beautiful exposed oak beams. All beds have memory foam mattresses with fresh laundered linen and towels.
Bedroom 1 is a downstairs king size bedroom with a single daybed.
Bedroom 2 (the snug) is the smallest of the bedrooms with a daybed that can be for single or double use.
Bedroom 3 is a double room with double bed.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with 2 black metal framed single beds.
Bedroom 5 is a large king size room overlooking the courtyard.
We can also provide a travel cot on request and will do our utmost to fulfil your holiday requirements.

The Apple Loft has its own private garden space which enters from the kitchen doors to a large stoned terrace, equipped with BBQ, garden table and chairs, parasol and table tennis.
With a couple of sun loungers to wind away the hours in a book or listen to the nature that surrounds you.
The Apple Loft has exclusive use of the pool. It is accessible through a metal gate at the side of our barn.
10 x 5 metre pool which is a must in the hot summer!
Equipped with sun loungers and chairs with cushions and parasols.
There is parking in the courtyard adjacent to The Apple Loft with gates on to the country road to prevent little ones from escaping!
